Dr Swamy about Sonia Gandhi

Patriotic Indians should thank the President of India for having the courage, by citing a legal hitch, to dissuade Ms. Sonia Gandhi from staking her claim to form the government on May 17th this year. She therefore, despite all the contrived media hype, did not, and could not, become the Prime Minister of 1 billion plus people of India.
It can now be said that Bharat Mata has been saved from a monumental, devastating, and permanent injury to her national interest and to the patriotic psyche of Indians.

Dr. Subraminian Swamy, President, Janata Party

Dr. Swamy's work is hosted at the following URL. It is worth reading and knowing for every Indian and everybody with concern towards India.

A video recorded assault on Hinduism

The believers in The Religion of Peace recently peacefully brought down Ganesh Pandaals in Miraj of Maharashtra. They threw stones and whatever was available on the road with lots of love and affection towards the peacefully sitting Ganesh idols. The police unnecessarily entered the totally peaceful scene. So, in order to show how peaceful their act is The Believers climbed atop the police van and waived the green flag with crescent on it. Thereby displaying the conquer of The Religion of Peace over the police and the locality. The policemen there also turned out to be very peaceful; they just stood and watched their van being taken over peacefully and a flag which looks similar to the national flag of Pakistan being waived from the van's roof.

Almost None of the previous peaceful attacks on Hindus have been video recorded. We have only seen the visuals of babri structure being demolished but no video is available to see the violent death of 56 Hindus in the coach of Sabarmati express at Godhra. So many times we have seen the semi-burnt churches or church like structures in Kandhamal; but where is the video depicting the expelling of lacs of Kashmiri Hindus from Kashmir by the fanatics believing in The Religion of Peace?

Surprise! Surprise!! Surprise!!!

This time the above mentioned peaceful act has got written onto tapes (that too at a very good quality). It is available on YouTube at below mentioned location(s):
In the following video you will see the peace loving police mercilessly beating up a few helpless Hindus who gathered to see the desecrated Ganesh idol:
The Maharashtra and Central governments are seriously pursuing the removal of All these videos from YouTube. So, watch them at the earliest.

Like the believers and the police, even the media turned out to be a very PEACEFUL entity in this case. They have taken a decision not to air these visuals on the TV channels. Read http://www.indianexpress.com/news/first-stop-sangli-as-media-body-vows-not-to/515221/. This is unlike the previous cases of violence wherein Hindus were accused of being involved in these kind of incidents.

This is a clear case of bias. Media does not want to show the Miraj footage because Muslims attacked Hindus! Why does media give space to an attack by goons on a small church in a remote suburb of Bangalore? How did attacks on churches in Karnataka last year got so much publicity in TV channels according to this "code of conduct"? Does Times Now know how many times they aired the footage of Mangalore pub violence? How come media feels it comfortable to show Babri demolition video on every Dec 06? Footage shown about the Kandhamal riots were provocative too; how did the "code of conduct of BEA" allow airing of such visuals?

Compassion for Terrorists and the Result

We have been feeding biryani to Afzal Guru for years now and might do the same to Kasab also. Well, Afzal attacked our Parliament and Kasab killed tens of our countrymen mercilessly in Mumbai on 26/11/2008. Many people ask, what will we get by hanging these people? They say, Terrorism won't die by killing these people. TRUE, and I Agree, BUT it is also equally true that Terrorism lives if these people are alive!

A report from Hyderabad in the Indian Express on August 28 said that Mujeeb Ahmed, who was sentenced to life imprisonment in 1994 for waging war against the state and shooting an Assistant Superintendent of Police, was released under a special remission scheme in 2004. Well, you know it was on humanitarian considerations. He then went underground and, as subsequently established by the IB and CID, he became an active member of the Hizbul Mujahideen and the ISI, and was a member of the first terror cell in Andhra Pradesh.

It was Rajasthan Police’s discovery of rifles, detonators and explosive material in a truck in Ajmer that led to the arrest of Mujeeb once again. He was charged with procuring arms from Pakistan to launch terror attacks in Hyderabad. This
jihadi has now been convicted for sedition and terrorism.

Despite the fact that Mujeeb went back to being a full-fledged terrorist after his release on compassionate grounds, the Andhra Pradesh Government is now planning to release some 984 life convicts, many of whom have been charged with similar crimes as Mujeeb’s. The
Indian Express report quotes police officers who have revealed that the State Government neither consulted the IB nor the State police before the list of convicts to be released was prepared. Like Mujeeb, a person who was arrested a decade ago for trying to carry out terror attacks in this country will now easily go back to being an active jihadi once he is freed.

Basically, We need to stop cheating ourselves by showing compassion towards these devilish creatures.

His Highness Nehru & His Holiness Ghazni

Mahmud was far more a warrior than a man of faith and like many other conquerors he used and exploited the name of religion for his conquests. India was to him just a place from which he could carry off treasure and material to his homeland... Mahmud was anxious to make his own city of Ghazni rival the great cities of central and western Asia and he carried off from India large number of artisans and master builders. Building interested him and he was much impressed by the city of Mathura.. About this he wrote; 'There are here a thousand edifices as firm as the faith of the faithful; nor is it likely that this city has attained its present condition but at the expense of many millions of dinars, nor could such another be constructed under a period of 200 years."
The Discovery of India, Javaharlal Nehru, page 235

The book by our very first prime minister is titled the "Discovery" of India. The book has discovered, rather invented, so many new things about India like this one quoted above! Mahmud Ghazni becomes a lover of art; Ghazni forgets his religion; Ghazni, the marauder of our ancestors, is just short of being called a holy man!

Chacha Nehru ji, agreed that his holiness Ghazni was enthralled by the magnificence of the city of Mathura and its Shri Krishna Temple. But one's discovery should not stop at only this.

  1. What did this lover of art and architecture do to Mathura's splendid buildings Mr. Nehru?
  2. What did this warrior more than man of faith do to the Shri Krishna Temple, a place of worship for the non-believers in his faith?
  3. What 'treasure and material' he carried back home and what did he do with it?
Nehru ji is most probably 'discovering' this love of art of Ghazni from Tarikh Yamini by Abunasar Muhammad Ibn Muhammad Al Jabbaaral Utbi (attempting to remember this name might be injurious to health), commonly known as Al Utbi; an aide of Ghazni himself. Al Utbi, in the same paragraph where he describes Mathura and its temple, goes onto elicit Ghazni's next command to his men:

The Sultan gave orders that all the temples should be burnt with naphtha and fire and levelled with the ground.
Tarikh Yamini, Elliot & Dawson, Vol III, page 45

There flows the river of Love for Art and Admiration for Architecture direct from the heart of (somebody's) His Holiness Mahmud Ghazni.....

Then, what about Ghazni's love for non-believers in his faith? He was anyway not much a man of faith, isn't it? Lets see:

After cleansing 'Hind' from idol worship, the Sultan built mosques for the believers at those places. Then, in 1013 AD, he raided Hind again so as to punish the idolators.
Tarikh Yamini, Elliot & Dawson, Vol III, page 37

To do justice to Ghazni, his beliefs and actions, one needs to 'discover' him thoroughly. Mere presenting a rosy picture will not suffice.

Kannada-Tamil Bhai Bhai

It is said even the longest of the journeys starts with a single step. We took such a step today in our own Bengalooru. The Saint poet Thiru Valluvar's statue was unveiled in the capital city of Kannada Nadu, namma Bengalooru. Thiru Valluvar wrote Thirukkural some two thousand years ago. It is a collection of couplets written by Thiru Valluvar in Tamil covering every aspect of a man's life.

We have had enough of these Kannada-Tamil fights, most of the times even forgetting that we are fellow Bharatiyas. Not just that, we sometimes forgot that we are fellow human beings. Kannadiga and Tamils are the descendants of the same tradition and culture. We share the same nationality. And the same destiny too. This fight of brothers has to end one day; none shall gain anything from this fight. Thiru Valluvar and Sarvajna showed the right virtues and values to our forefathers. What they both preached then, is equally applicable and significant today. The visionary poets are reincarnating in the form of their statues to unite us and remind us of our common past, present and future.

Thanks to the nationalist government of the Karnataka State, this small step has been taken today. We can have a hope at the least now to have all the outstanding issues between the two states settled peacefully and live and prosper together as fellow countrymen.

On August 13th, Santa Kavi Sarvgnya's statue will be unveiled in Chennai.

Let us bury all our differences when the Nation is emerging as a major power in the comity of nations.

Homeless Crorepati

Hi All,

I have been homeless for quite sometime now. I want to buy a house in your neighborhood. I am a crorepati and hence can pay handsome money. Please find my profile below.

  1. I am known as the serial kisser.
  2. I kissed the actress casted opposite to me in a movie 72 times. The count is as per Page 3 journalists; it might be many times more in real.
  3. Throughout my film career, I have kissed my heroines except in 8 movies. I have been in more than 20 films by now.
  4. Title of most of the movies that I have acted in sound like "Murder", "Jawani Diwani", "Gangster", "The Killer", "Zeher" and blah blah blah. Very appealing, aren't they?
  5. Intimate bedroom scenes are common in my movies. Don't mistake me; it is all for the good of the young generation of the Nation. This way, they are getting necessary general knowledge.
  6. Though I can't act and recite dialogs properly, my talent is all visible in steamy and sensual scenes.
  7. I am born to a muslim father and christian mother and have two uncles who bear Hindu names. My uncles, bearing Hindu names, are always in the forefront to defend the minority rights. You might have seen them very often on TV. They are also crorepatis like me and live in posh houses in Mumbai.
  8. I know that the country I live in has a majority Hindu population. I also know that the crores of rupees that I have earned is mostly from the Hindus who paid to watch my movies.
Please call me at 1-800-KISSER to sell your house or apartment to me. I promise to adhere to the profile description mentioned above in the future also.

Truly Yours,
Serial Kisser
muaaaaaaaaaah

Followup:
Even after such an appealing advertisement, I am not able to get a house/apartment in Mumbai :( Along with hefty money I could have even offered a few free kisses. But, people are not ready to sell a house to such a reknowned guy like me. Those very Hindus who watched my movies and made me crorepati are not selling me an apartment. It is just because I AM A MUSLIM!

Suggestion from the Author:
Mumbai has significant muslim population also. Please try to find a house in a muslim colony. If you are finding those colonies not fit for your living, please don't blame the rest of the Mumbai for that. Or if no one there also is ready to rent you an apartment may be something is very wrong with your profile; please check again. Please do not blame Hindus and the Nation for that. It is this very Nation and its Hindu population which has mostly fed you and made you a crorepati.
Also, if you are so hurt by this episode of not being able to get a house in Mumbadi because you are a muslim, please come out in the media and request all non-muslims in the country not to watch your movies as they are not giving you space to live in Mumbai.

Jai Ho, Its Vijay Divas today

It was ten years ago when we taught the Pakistanis yet another deserving lesson. It was this day a decade ago our defense forces recaptured 'all' the occupied land of Kashmir from the pakistani control.

Around 576 brave soldiers achieved martyrdom to quell the misadventure of mian musharraf and his men. They shall all be alive in the memories of every Bharatiya!

Bhaarat Maata Ki Jai, Veer Javaanon Ki Jai!

A brief writeup on Captain Saurabh Kaalia, An icon from the Kargil war, follows:

[Courtesy: Shri Kanchan Gupta http://kanchangupta.blogspot.com/]

A Kargil story that should be remembered by us, and told to our children again and again lest future generations forget, is that of Captain Saurabh Kalia and his team of five soldiers who were on duty at Bajrang Post in the Kaksar area on May 15. Suddenly there was heavy firing from across the Line of Control; Captain Kalia and his men responded in full measure; tragically, they ran out of ammunition. Before they could send out an SOS (there have been suggestions that their communications equipment failed to work), Captain Kalia and his men were surrounded by Pakistani soldiers. Later, Skardu Radio reported that they had been taken alive. On June 7, 1999, their bodies were handed over by the Pakistani Army. For the 20-odd days that Captain Kalia and his men were alive, they were brutally tortured in captivity their mutilated bodies bore the evidence of chilling inhumanity: Ear drums pierced with hot iron rods, eyeballs carved out with knives, genitals chopped off, every bone broken and splintered. And, after all this, they were shot in the head. No apology was offered, none was sought either!

Are we cultuarally becoming decadent?

It was frustrating to say the least :( Every TV channel was playing the live telecast of Micheal Jackson's funeral (plus commercialized drama). It made me wonder isn't there anything more important pertaining to India and its people than a foreign dancer's death? Innocent people were getting killed and stabbed on the roads of Mysooru, fear had gripped an Indian city but our dear media chose to write editorials about Micheal's death and also live telecast his memorial service!

Shri Balbir Punj has articulated the decadent cultural awareness amongst our people and media's editorial policies which hypes up anything western in today's article in The New Indian Express. The link follows. The article is certainly worth reading and throws up some thought provoking questions.

Saying Namaste might soon be termed Communal!

As we all know, in India the logic for identifying something to be communal is very simple. If it is in anyway remotely connected to Hinduism is to be called 'communal' as we are a secular country. Our new Minister of State for Railways, Mian E. Ahmed saheb, has said/ordered that lighting of lamp, breaking coconut etc should not be done during Railways fuctions like starting new trains etc. According to his logic, these rituals are Hindu in nature and should not be performed in government functions of a secular country. What a noble thought! Folding of palms and saying Namaste is also a Hindu tradition. Ahmed saheb might soon ask all government officials, ministers, members of representative houses, judiciary, defense personnel not to greet each other with Namaste!!! Unfortunately well known dictionaries and thesaurus define Namaste as "Indian way of greeting". Ahmed mian will have to ask for corrections in all these references. Like this many Hindu customs have been accepted as Indian customs and tradition by the world at large. But our country has secular intelligentia for who de-Hinduising India is the mission of life.

As an addendum to such an order, they might also be asked to instead use Assalamu Alikum as it is a secular greeting. This derivation is based on past learnings like painting Hindu deities in nude by M F Hussein is secular artistic freedom whereas Mohammad's cartoon represents communal hateful agenda, those in support of keeping Shri Raam Setu intact are communal whereas those in support of babri masjid are secular etc.

Ahmed has a colleague in the Union cabinet named Mian Salman Khursheed saheb. His ministry has drafted a new bill to introduce a law to protect minorities population during/from communal riots. Well, communal riots happen between two communities. Both the groups suffer losses. Identifying the logic behind having a law to protect the minority community and leaving the majority community (read Hindus) to themselves is beyond my level of intelligence. Constitution is for the protection and progress of every citizen of this Nation but innovative ministers in the new cabinet are coming up with laws to protect one group in a fight between two groups.

Let us continue to wait and watch as we have been doing. 500 crores per annum and growing grant for Haj pilgrimage, hundreds of crores of rupees allocated to Wakf boards, Madarasa certificates to be equivalent to CBSE certificates, banning of lighting of lamp in government functions, muslim police officers for muslim majority areas, religion based recruitment in army etc etc.....

Every Single Bullet Went Through The Jackets

26/11 scam: Mumbai cops bulletproof vests faulty

According to the news report at the link above, the Maharashtra government bought faulty bulletproof jackets with complete knowledge of them being faulty. May be they thought police will never be put in situations like the one on 26/11/2008 in Mumbai and hence their 'deal' will never come out in the open. Policemen, including most experianced ones like Sri Vijay Salaskar, Shri Ashok Kamte and Shri Hemant Karkare, lost nothing less than their precious lives. They believed in these so called 'bulletproof' jackets. But the jackets happened to be only a proof of corruption characteristic of our political and administrative setup, specially of the Congress type.

Abdul Rehman Antuley,a Cabinet minister in the previous central government, wanted investigation into the death of Shri Hemant Karkare. He was suspicious about an Indian or more specifically a Hindu hand in the killing of Karkare ji. He had to bite his tongue for his work of fiction. But, Antuley is nowhere to be seen now! It is a lot more possible that Karkare ji died because of a faulty jacket than as per Antuley's fictional proposition. Why is Antuley not asking for probe now? He seemed to be so much concerned about the death of Karkare ji then! Mr. Antuley, when the trial runs were conducted for these jackets, every single bullet went throug the jackets though they were fired from a good distance but still the jackets were bought by the government.

Well, we all know that this is not the first time these Congressies are involved in these kind of corrput defense deals. It would have to be a Ph.D. thesis to list and elaborate them all! So couple of historically 'important' (to know) corrput deals, I am recollecting here.
The saga started right after our independence from the British rule in 1947. When Indian soldiers were bravely fighting Pakistani marauders in 1947, the army did not have enough number of jeeps. So orders were placed with a British company to supply jeeps immediately but our High Commissioner in London V K Krishna Menon messed it up so much that the jeeps arrived a year later. This was the first scandal of Independent India. Menon was Nehru's favorite.
About the second one, I do not need to write much. It has been discussed a lot and a single word is sufficient - "BOFORS".

No action was taken against Menon. And, Mr Q was completely let free very recently by Sonia Gandhi's government. Another And, we are all sure that no action will be taken against those involved in 26/11 'Bulletproof' jackets scam too. But, as we are a secular people and Congress and only Congress is the very definition of secularism we will vote for Congress only, and allow them to rule us the way they have been doing for half a century now. How does it matter to us if soldiers died in 1947 war? Whats the big deal if soldiers fighting the chinese in 1962 under sub-zero temperatures did not even have boots and goggles to protect them from freezing cold and snow-shine? Cant we sacrifice lives of 15 ordinary policemen so that we stay secular and keep bringing Congress back to power? If a railway bridge, built intentionally substandard to have better 'earnings', falls killing some ordinary people, we should pardon the corrupt government and continue to vote for it to retain our secular identity. That mentally and political corrupt administration can count the stars in the sky while ordinary citizens die at (Mumbai) railway stations, (Delhi)bazaars, (Varanasi) temples, (Ahmadabad) hospitals (Bangalore) roads, (Hyderabad) chat stalls and amusement parks and etc. But we want that same administration back because it is secular, meaning it does not talk about welfare of Hindus.

In Democracy, it is said, People Get What They Deserve To Get.

Inclusive Politics Vs Identity Politics

"Bettale Jagattu" from "Vijaya Karnataka" is my favorite news paper column. Last Saturday (23/05/2009) there was an analysis presented by the author (Shri Pratap Simha) about BJP's defeat in the 2009 elections. The article is available at Here I present my response to it:

Varun is free, finally!

The Supreme Court of India has today upheld the Advisory Council's view that imposition of NSA on Shri Varun Gandhi is illegal. It is a matter of relief for all the law abiding citizens of this country. Such misuse of Constitution would have set a bad precedent, the SC has nipped the problem in the bud with this great judgment.

It was very clear from day 1 that the case is extremely politically motivated. Garnering votes of a particular community was the purpose. If somebody says he stands by the Hindus, he is booked under a draconian law of the land meant to be used only under emergency like situations. It reminds me of a famous phrase "It happens only in India". In the same state of India, a muslim leader makes a communally enraging speech and he is not even arrested. There are parties and leaders in India who openly support and declare that they are for minorities (read muslims). Interestingly these are 'secular' people (more appropriately sickular people). It is so easy to have labelled Varun ji as a communal person just because he supported the Hindu cause.

I went through the entire text of National Security Act 1980 of the Constitution of India. The act is mainly meant to allow the administration to take individual(s) into preventive custody when the state or central administration is convinced that the person(s) is detrimental to the defense of the country. It also mentions another clause that even to maintain public order this act can be used. Person(s) arrested under this act are not eligible for bail! I failed to understand how Shri Varun Gandhi fits into any of this. He is not helping any foreign aggressor to be harmful to the defense of the country. The other thing about maintaining public order is also a non-sensical pretext. The video clips of the speeches which were allegedly made by Varun ji were shown couple of weeks later on the television. From the day the alleged speeches were made to the day they appeared on TV, no untoward incident was reported in Pilibhit or any surrounding area. Even after that nothing has happened that qualifies under "disruption of public order" except for minor skirmishes on the day of Varun ji's arrest. Cases were already registered against him for making those speeches and investigation was on. Then suddenly UP government imposes NSA on him thereby preventing him from campaigning for the elections. Such harsh treatment! It could only be done because he is a Hindu leader and supposedly he talked about defending Hindus from aggression. What a pity! This is a nation with 85 crore Hindus! This gives rise to my mind - Is the UP governemnt running from Lucknow or Azamgarh? If the Azamgarh is controlling the thinking of administration there, it is a matter of serious concern not only to the brothers and sisters of UP but to the entire nation. The capital city of Indian Mujahideen (Azamgarh) becoming the capital of our largest state is a warning sign to us.
A muslim congress leader Kidwai has made speeches which could incite communal voilence. But UP government has not even arrested him; let alone booking him under NSA! Karunanidhi said LTTE's chief Prabhakaran is his friend. Vaiko declared there will be bloodbath in Tamil Nadu if Prabhakaran is killed by SriLankan army.
Who should be booked under NSA, Varun or Vaiko???

Eminent Historians' view of Bhaarat

From "India Shining" to "India was shining"...

Thus was the title of the article in 3rd May 2009 edition of The Hindu news paper. The article is written in such bad taste and with such malice towards our Nation I was surprised and extremely sad at the same time. The article is a commentary on the preamble of the BJP's manifesto meticulously authored by Dr. Murali Manohar Joshi ji describing the glorious past of Bhaarat. The responses from The Hindu's "Eminent Historians" (read the Thapars and Habibs) have one and only motive; to show utmost disrespect to our (and 'may be' their) Mother Land. One thing I could immediately do was to unsubscribe from The Hindu and I did it. Scholars at http://www.tamiltalk.org have come up with a fitting rebuttal to the newspaper's 'story'.

Here I reproduce entire reply from the tamiltalk.org team.

The Hindu vs Dr Joshi Haindava Keralam This befitting rebuttal titled “The Hindu vs. Dr.Joshi” has been issued by a team of Scholars from www.tamiltalk.org , to expose the Anti National and Anti Hindu daily from Chennai - The Hindu

Who is Communal in this country?

The intellectuals of our country are very quick to answer who is not communal. According to them Church, Muslims, the Congress party and its 'secular' partners and Communists are not communal.
I am neither a known intellectual popular person of this country nor an 'eminent historian'. So I have the liberty to think about the happenings around me and take an unbiased call as to who is communal. Let us look at what the parties mentioned above have done in this country. The 'intellectuals' of this country say one thing correctly that communalism is bad for this country. But now we need to see who is actually communal here.
The church which converts Hindus is communal.
The people (no donuts for guessing who it is) who killed Swami Lakshmanananda Sarasvati and his associates in Kandhamal on Shri Krishna Janmashtami are communal. (see youtube video)
The Islamic fundamentalists who opposed the allotment of land for the Amarnath pilgrims are communal.
The congress party which submitted an affidavit in the Supreme court that Bhagawan Shri Ram is only a fictional character is communal.
The congress party which killed 3000 innocent Sikh brothers in 1984 is communal.
The fundamentalists who drove away 4 lakh Hindus out of Kashmir and the mute spectators at the governments at that time are communal. (see youtube videos)
A 'journalist' who calls Varun Gandhi communal but supports a fatwa directing voting for a particular party is communal.
The church which distributed Satya Darshini, demeaning the Hindu Dharma and its Gods and Goddesses, is communal.
The congress party which changed the route of Metro rail in Delhi not to affect the Jami Masjid foundation but is hell bent on destroying Ram Setu is communal.
The UPA ministers who talk of naturalizing illegal Bangladeshi muslim migrants and say SIMI should not be banned are communal.
The communists which chased away Tasleema Nasreen from Kolkata and West Bengal are communal. They partner with Madani in Kerala who has allegedly has terrorist links. In West bengal an editor of a news paper had to apologize for publishing an article which the muslims did not like. His office was stoned; the government seemed to be looking towards the vast waters of the Bay of Bengal while showing the back to the happenings in Kolkata.

Now, looking at all this does a Hindu have an alternative to becoming communal? The 'intellectuals' want people not to vote for communal parties but they ask them to vote for the congress party which was responsible for the bifurcation of this Nation on communal lines!

A few thousand displaced in Kandhamal and it calls for a catholic ( and supposedly secular too) advice but lakhs of Kashmiri are living as refugees in their own country and if some party talks about them it is to be labeled as communal and self-proclaimed secularists advise people not to vote for that party! Irony...

The Nation Deserves Better

Media is described as the fourth pillar of our democracy. A lot is expected from it. But has it served its purpose? The biased nature of media, specially the electronic one, is so blatantly visible; they even censor the comments by its viewers and readers for their content even when provided with -enough supporting points to the argument. NDTV and CNN-IBN need special mention here. More than genuine news broadcasters they work like propaganda channels. They have a set agenda and they will not even consider the alternate views on a topic. Recently a blog was posted on www.ibnlive.com authored by Mr. Sanjay Jha critisizing the Bharatiya Janata Party.  Criticism is fine but it should not just be rhetorical. I posted a reply exposing the hollow nature of Mr Jha's views. Well, ibnlive censored it and did not think it necessary to publish my views on their site. This is certainly not the first time ibnlive is doing this. Hereby, I reproduce the entire text of my reply to Mr. Jha's blog on ibnlive.

Mere cacophony and nothing else; no substance at all in this blog Mr. Sanjay! Sorry, I must be frank to tell you that.
If congress leaders apologize for 1984 it is sufficient for you but if the BJP leaders condemn both Godhra and post-Godhra, it is not! It is correct for congress to apologize for 1984 because they executed that pogrom. Why should BJP apologize for Godhra riots wherein its state government's police was able to stop the riots which had spread all over the state in a matter of just 3 days? How many congress people were killed in police firing in 1984 Mr. Sanjay? More than 100 Hindus were also killed in police firing in Gujarat. It is certainly more difficult to control communal riots than writing a blog sitting in an air conditioned  room.

How much ever the 'secular' brigade digs into, nothing other than Babri demolition, Kandhahar and Godhra appears to their jaundice affected eyes about BJP and its rule. While replying to such a venomous article it becomes necessary to resort to 'mudslinging'. So here i go:

When Indian soldiers were fighting Pakistani marauders in 1947, we didn't have enough jeeps. So orders were placed with the British company and supply demanded immediately. Our high commissioner in London V K Krishna Menon, Pandit Nehru's favorite, messed it up. The jeeps reached a year late.

That was the first scandal in independent India.

We lost Gilgit, Baltistan and Skardu. We lost Aksai Chin because the government in New Delhi didn't know the exact boundaries and so no patrolling was being done there.

In all we have lost 125,000 square km to the Pakistanis and Chinese during Congress rule. Nehru proclaimed in the Parliament "Not even grass grows there! Why are we discussing about losing that land?". [He got a proper reply from the opposition benches; "Grass does not grow on your head also, will you give that to the Chinese? :)] Actually not much grass grows in the entire Thar desert of our nation; thankfully Shri Nehru did not think of 'donating' half of Rajasthan and Gujarat to Pakistan.

To add to that, we had a bad dream called 1962 war with China.

At that time our ordnance factories were making coffee machines as Pandit Nehru openly argued against having a well-equipped large army for defence. 'Who is going to attack us?' he would ask.

And people still remember the mysterious death of Dr Syama Prasad Mookerjee, who simply wanted Kashmir to be a part of India like Bihar or Bengal and the permit system to enter the valley be abolished. Kashmir had two rulers then, its ruler was called Sadr e Riyasat or 'head of state', and it had a prime minister. Mookerjee's martyrdom compelled the Nehru government to remove the permit system and the two heads of state.

Then we had the Mundhra scandal, the Nagarwala case, the L N Mishra murder. The Jana Sangh's fast-emerging leader Deendayal Upadhyaya was murdered.

They kept India backward in such a planned manner that even after 62 years of independence we are yet to have a spacious functional airport in the national capital, 70,000 farmers committed suicide in one year, decorated soldiers returned their medals in protest and a movie on our poverty-stricken 'slum dogs' fetches the Oscar. And they loved illegal infiltrators from Bangladesh for the sake of their votes -- and still they say they are the inheritors of a freedom struggle that demanded the ouster of aliens.

No electoral reforms, no police reforms or strengthening their morale and weapons, the administration is still run the way it functioned during the Sahebs; and despite having won a well-fought war in 1971 we couldn't settle the Kashmir issue or control the jihadi tail-wagger in the neighbourhood.

Minorities were so well supported in Congress regimes that in the sixth decade after independence they felt a need to provide special crutches for them. Show the 'M' card and get the privilege, became the new secular psalm, further shrinking the space and opportunities for the condemned majority.

Hoping this is enough for the Congress loving intellectual bloggers...
